Order Policy


Most orders have the shipping charges calculated upon checkout. Smaller orders will ship by UPS and larger orders by common carrier. Your credit card will be charged in full at time of placing an order over the internet or by phone. No cancellations are accepted on orders after 24 hours. Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed. All orders must be paid in full. If your order contains quick ship items, you will receive a second email confirmation once we begin processing your order. Please note that quick ship orders cannot be canceled or changed once we begin processing them. All orders must be paid in full. Payment information and authorization must be included with your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Orders Outside of The USA

All international orders will have customs clearance charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer.


Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to website errors.

Please Check Your Order

Check that you have all the contents of your order, and that it is all in good condition.

Please report any inaccuracy of your order within 72 hours of receiving your order. GermPro LLC. is not responsible for any inaccuracies if notification is received after 72 hours of receipt of your order.


A credit will be issued to credit card/method of payment supplied at the time of purchase. Time to issue credit will be 4-6 weeks from date of receiving the returned merchandise as per conditions stated in RETURNS.

No Refunds, Returns or Cancellations

There are no refunds, returns or cancellations unless with written permission from GermPro LLC. upon GermPro LLC.'s discretion.

Refused Merchandise

Refused merchandise, for reasons other than damaged items, without receiving an RMA# from a GermPro.com® Representative, we will not be accepting any returned merchandise. All merchandise will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Payment Policy

Credit Card Statements

All GermPro.com® charges for credit card transactions will appear on your credit card (or bank statement) under the name GermPro LLC.

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards. You must enter or provide us with the name and billing address, as it appears on your credit card.


All orders are prepaid only.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is not included in the price of our products. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you check out on your order. If the shipping cannot be calculated automatically, it will be billed to your credit card later. Note: The aforementioned term shipping, and hereinafter, shall be defined as our shipping and handling fee.

Attention International Customers

Please be aware that you will be required to pay taxes and duties upon receiving your order.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Please check our website for the estimated ship dates on the product(s) you are ordering.

Address Representation

If customer misrepresents the delivery address as a business address and it is in fact a home business in a residential area, all residential charges made by the trucking/delivery company will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and will be charged to your credit card or reflected in your invoice. Any address correction done by FedEx, UPS or any other carrier due to misrepresentation on order form by customer will reflect in a back charge and customer will be invoiced. Additional charges will also apply if the freight company deems the address to be a "Limited Access" destination and these charges will be charged to your credit card or reflected in your invoice. Examples of "Limited Access" destinations are, Churches, Military Sites, Schools, and Mini Storage Facilities.

Receiving Your Shipment

  1. Please inspect your shipment immediately, carefully and thoroughly BEFORE signing for the delivery.

  2. You, or an adult whom you have authorized to inspect the shipment in your absence, must sign for, or reject the shipment.

  3. If for ANY reason you are unable to fully inspect your shipment, you must write on the delivery receipt "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION."

  4. In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged, read and follow the directions in If Your Shipment Is Damaged carefully and fully.

If Your Shipment Is Damaged

If your shipment arrives damaged, you must reject the shipment, or the part that is damaged, and have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then contact us at 1-877-643-7677 and we will reissue replacements immediately.

If you find damage to your shipment, but choose to accept it anyway, you must have the driver note on the delivery receipt that the shipment is damaged and the driver must also sign the receipt. Then you must file a claim directly with the shipping company for the damaged portion of your order. (Damage to your shipment is the responsibility of the shipping company. GermPro.com® cannot file a claim for your damaged shipment – only the receiver can.) Please keep any and all damaged merchandise as well as all packing material for the trucking company's inspector to see. Reorder on the website or call us at 1-877-643-7677.

All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed before leaving the warehouse. They will be shipped the best carrier possible (UPS, Motor Freight, etc.). Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at time of pickup. Please unpack carefully. Keep original packing if there is damage and report any damages to the carrier immediately. Our responsibility for the condition of the goods ends when the carrier accepts them. It is your responsibility to file claim for damaged merchandise. We cannot file claims; we can only verify.

Hidden Damage

Upon acceptance of your shipment, you have 24 hours in which to notify the shipping company of any hidden damage. If you do not notify them within this time frame, any future claim for said parts will be null and void. If any items are required to repair the damaged merchandise, those items will have to be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend that you examine your order in full upon time of delivery and notify us immediately before accepting delivery if you find damaged parts.

If product is received damaged, FOLLOW THESE STEPS

  1. Notify shipping company

  2. Call or email GermPro.com® with invoice number and damage that occurred

  3. Send picture of damage (box, product, etc.) and be sure to keep all original packaging material

  4. You will then receive instruction by email as to how your claim will be resolved.

All claims must be supported with pictures of broken/damaged part, invoice number and name of purchaser. No claim will be handled/accepted if documentation is not provided. In some instances, we need to have the damaged goods sent back to us in order to send you a replacement. For further information, contact us at 1-877-643-7677.

By choosing GermPro®, you elect to deal with independent trucking companies whom are fully insured and will reimburse you as long as the proper procedures are followed. GermPro.com® is not responsible for any error or damage that occurs in transit (when it is in possession of the independent trucking company) and therefore cannot issue a credit to your account in that case.

Return Policy

All our products cannot be returned without the permission of GermPro. At GermPro®, we offer products of the finest quality to our customers. We carefully inspect each order before shipping. Any return request must be made within 30 days from the day of receipt for an exchange or credit. At this time, we cannot accept any returns or cancellations once the order has shipped.

Please take in consideration where the product was purchased. If the product was purchased from a distributor it needs to be returned to the same distributor. Please refer to distributor's return policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


  • You cannot return any products that have been altered in any way.

  • All clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

  • If you are returning merchandise because it was damaged in shipment, please read the If Your Shipment Is Damaged section above.

Returning a Product

If you need to return merchandise, please follow this process to assure proper credit.

  1. To start the return process, call us at 1-877-643-7677 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to get the address you will be shipping to. We are not responsible for any merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number nor can we be responsible for extra shipping charges if items are shipped to an incorrect address. If you are returning merchandise because it was damaged in shipment, please read the If Your Shipment Is Damaged section above.

  2. Send back any returned merchandise in its original packaging with proper packaging material intact. Claims cannot be filed on items not properly and securely packaged.

  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the boxes.

  4. Arrange and pay for the return shipping, including any shipping insurance. (We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error [you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.]).

  5. You are also responsible for a 20% restocking fee. For custom products the restocking fee could be higher.

  6. We must receive all merchandise returned to GermPro® in resalable condition in order to give credit. We issue credit only after we have received and inspected the merchandise.

  7. Items must be received back to GermPro.com® within 30 days of date the RMA was issued.

  1. Verification: To protect the security of your information, for all access and deletion requests you will need to provide us with enough information to verify your identity. The information you provide must match the information we know about you. Additionally, if you request specific pieces of your information or the deletion of certain information, you may be required to provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury and otherwise authenticate your identity. We are not obligated to process a request if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person's behalf. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with you request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.

  1. No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information for financial compensation.

  1. Requests by Authorized Agents: You are permitted to designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. Your authorized agent can use the methods described above to submit the request and will be required to provide proof of authorization.

Clearance Policy

Clearance Orders

All our standard policies and warranty apply for Clearance Orders with the exception of the terms stated below. Clearance items might have blemishes or scratches.

Ship Dates

We do our best to ship out our Clearance Items in a timely fashion; however, we cannot guarantee that it ships within a certain time frame. There may be circumstances that require us to ship these items at a later date.

Order Revisions

You may revise your Clearance Items up until the order has shipped. Please note that any revisions to an order containing clearance items will push back the shipping dates.


Orders for Clearance items may be cancelled up until the order has shipped. Once the items have shipped they can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy

Any and all items offered as part of a clearance sale are non-returnable. Clearance items may have blemishes or scratches. All sales of clearance items are final.

Website Quantities

Due to limited quantities and the nature of the clearance sales, we cannot guarantee that inventory numbers expressed on the clearance page are 100% accurate. If we are unable to fulfill an order (e.g. Out of stock), we have the right to cancel the order. In the event that we must cancel a clearance order, you will be notified via telephone and/or email of the cancellation and will be refunded for the items in question.

USING FOGGER FOR DISINFECTION - We suggest that only professionals use foggers for disinfection. The disinfectant being used must specify directions for use with fogging equipment and may require additional PPE for your protection. If you use a fogger with a disinfectant that does not specify directions for use with fogging equipment, you are breaking federal law by using disinfectant inconsistent with the label.

GermPro Disinfectant Training Course

GermPro follows Infection Prevention Control protocols rooted in the CDC guidelines, and knowledge of EPA regulations. Individuals who complete the course are not deemed employees of GermPro. GermPro does not take and legal or financial responsibility for these individuals.

OxiGerm® - must be used for disinfection applications within 30 days after being produced OR product must be diluted and, as an option, maybe tested with a chlorine test kit or chlorine test strips to adjust to desired chlorine level for sanitizing, deodorizing, and cleaning applications.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Bioesque - Check label instructions for proper use. It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Vital Oxide - Check label instructions for proper use. It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Test fabric for color fastness. Contains a dilute oxidizing agent. Do not mix with vinegar or acidic cleaners. Always refer to manufacturer’s care instructions before using equipment or devices. Important Note: Read all disinfectant labels for direction on the correct type of PPE that may be necessary when handling, mixing and applying disinfectants. PPE specified on the label must be selected and used correctly, and all other directions and precautions must be followed.

Electrostatic Sprayers

General Precautions & Safety Warnings.

The Electrostatic Application System is a corded or battery-powered liquid spray system designed to improve the performance of water soluble or water based solutions used on touchable and other exposed surfaces. This is accomplished by applying an electrostatic charge to the surface of the liquid droplets as they leave the spray head. This unique process improves liquid adhesion to targeted surface(s).

The hazards associated with the liquids you choose to apply represent their own unique and important safety requirements. Refer to each chemical manufacturer’s documentation to establish best use steps and any need for personal protective equipment (PPE).

Never point the spray applicator at another person and never touch or handle the charging area within the applicator (front end) during spraying. This will help avoid chemical splash and other possibly unsafe spraying conditions.


Safety Notices

  • Use the spray application system only for its intended use as directed in this manual.
  • Familiarize yourself with all components, including caution and warning labels.
  • Only trained and qualified personnel should operate the application system.
  • Do not use the equipment while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Turn off and remove the batteries when leaving the equipment unattended.
  • Store the system in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to extreme temperatures.
  • Flush the system before storing (see Section 5).

Safety Tips:

  • Use caution when walking-floor surfaces will be slippery when wet.
  • Never touch or insert objects into the electrostatic application system
  • Wear grounding strap properly to avoid static shock.
  • Use caution while spraying around furniture and electronics to avoid getting these surfaces too wet.
  • Use caution when walking backwards during spray application to avoid tripping.
  • Users are required to read this Operator’s Manual, understand the safe and correct operating procedures that pertain to the operation of the application system, and maintain the product according to the Operator’s Manual. It is the operator’s responsibility to ensure that any person who uses this equipment has read this manual.
    Lack of attention to safety can result in reduced efficiency, accident, or personal injury. Please watch for safety hazards and correct deficiencies promptly. Use the following safety precautions as a guide when using this machine:
  • Read the Operator’s Manual thoroughly. Failure to read the manual is considered misuse of the equipment.

Safety Warning!

Do not use the electrostatic application system if you have a pacemaker or an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD).

Electrical Warning

To reduce the risk of electrical shock or injury, follow these guidelines:

  • Only use the system for its intended purposes, as described in this manual.
  • Always turn the system off when not in use.
  • Do not place body parts or any foreign object into any opening of the Application System.
  • Never reach inside of the applicator while the application system is powered on.
  • Never place equipment in standing water or liquid.
  • Never operate the spray system if it has been damaged or if it is not working properly.
  • Always wear the grounding strap to prevent electrostatic shock.

Chemistry Safety Precautions

  • Read and follow all instructions on the chemical manufacturer’s label.
  • Follow the chemical manufacturer’s recommendations to handle, mix, apply, store, and dispose of their chemistry.
  • Follow the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements as recommended by the chemistry manufacturer’s safety data sheet (SDS).
  • Be aware of poisoning symptoms and know the appropriate first aid protocol of your organization if poisoning symptoms appear to be present.
  • Consult disinfectant manufacturer’s recommendations so you know how long to wait before allowing people or pets to return to the treated area.


Customer Responsibility

GermPro.com® shall be held harmless from any and all claims by the buyer as a result of
injury, damage or wrongful use to an ultimate user or other person caused by the products sold herein by the seller to the buyer, whether the injury or damage results from the assembly, application, installation, operation, shipment, storage or manufacture of this product. Please consult federal and local rules and regulations prior to using the products.

Your obligations and Responsibilities

In the access or use of the Site, you shall comply with these Terms and Conditions and the special warnings or instructions for access or use posted on the Site. You shall act always in accordance with the law, custom and in good faith. You may not make any change or alteration to the Site or any Content or services that may appear on this Site and may not impair in any way the integrity or operation of the Site. Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, if you default negligently or willfully in any of the obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to GermPro, our affiliates, partners or licensors.\


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors harmless for any loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your (or anyone acting under your password and user name) use of the Site, any user content made available on the Site or breach of these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

We are not liable any harm or damages related to the purchase or the use of goods, services resources, content or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party company. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transactions. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

Any and all disputes between GermPro.com® and the customer/user shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles and any and all legal actions arising from any such disputes shall be venued and heard in the State or Federal Courts sitting in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and such courts shall have the exclusive venue for any such actions.
